Having recorded in both solo and group settings, in 1973 Keith Jarrett began to perform totally improvised solo concerts, to rapturous acclaim.

Broadcast on WVKR-FM at Skinner Hall, Vassar College, NY on February 13th 1975, (three weeks after he recorded his landmark Koln Concert) and shortly before he turned 30, this remarkable set finds him at his adventurous, subtle best and is presented here together with background notes and images.
