Haynes' renown as a guitar phenomenon was rooted in his upbringing of American blues and soul with a generous helping of Eric Clapton. Recruited by Dickey Betts, David Allen Coe and Gregg Allman, Haynes' fretboard prowess was finally paying off.

Between the numerous albums and promotional tours, Haynes found time to form his own band in 1991 and took it out on the road in support of his debut solo album Tales Of Ordinary Madness. His performance at Emerson College studios for WERS-FM in November 1993 would largely promote his new album, but also give an opportunity for fans to share in some delightful, retrospective work covering the Allman's later songbook. Overall, it's Haynes' fretboard stamina and genuine expressive appeal that is most convincing here and helps in forming the fundamental backbone of his work and given the countless accolades from numerous veteran blues players, Haynes' legacy has barely begun!

Klondike proudly presents the entire, original WERS-FM broadcast of the Warren Haynes Band performing live at Emerson College studio on 29th November 1993.

Professionally re-mastered original broadcast with background liners and rare archival photos makes this a captivating release for any fan of country rock.
