Kansas live at the Tower Theater, Upper Darby PA on 14th February 1989

Pennsylvania discovered Kansas long before any other state in the Union - says Phil Ehart, founding member and principal drummer of the Topeka group. 'The whole state just seemed to get it'.

This King Biscuit Flower Hour recording of their Valentine's Day show in 1989 at the legendary Tower Theater in Upper Darby PA charts their prestigious career and marks their return as a driving force in American rock music.

As their third live recording, it is a proud companion to Two for the Show from 1978 and 1992's Live at the Whiskey affirming the second of three chapters that make up the history of Kansas (so far). 'We first heard the recording of this show years ago', reflects Phil Ehart, 'and I remembered it sounding really great. That evening the band had an exceptional night playing and the recording was just as cool'.

Rox Vox proudly presents the entire King Biscuit Flower Hour broadcast of Kansas live at the Tower Theater on 14th February 1989. Introducing fans to a new era in the chronicles of Topeka's finest band and featuring a refreshed line-up including famed Dixie Dregs' guitarist Steve Morse.

Professionally re-mastered original broadcast with background liners, interviews and rare archival photos!
